How long can I skate?
Your pass is for the whole day. Feel free to skate a bit, take a break to grab a snack, and then hit the ice again!
Can I leave The Rink and come back without purchasing another pass?
YES! As long as you leave your colored wristband on, you can re-enter The Rink and receive skates.
Is there any age requirement?
Nope, if they can stand, they can skate (or try to!) Anyone under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I bring my own skates?
Sure! However, you will still need to purchase a day pass for admission. There is no discount for bringing your own skates.
Can I wear my shoes on the ice instead of skates?
Ice skates are required at all times.
Are spectators allowed and do they have to pay?
We understand that skating isn’t everyone’s jam, but anyone is welcome to come up and watch. Additionally, spectators can grab a snack, sit by the firepits, check out our vendors and enjoy the live music, all at no cost.
Where and how can I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased ahead of time at actionbrowncounty.org/the-rink-tickets. However, you can also pay at the door. If you purchase ahead of time, make sure you have a copy of your receipt on your phone or printed out.
What payment methods do you accept?
We will accept cash, major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay.
What if I buy a ticket in advance, but the weather is unfavorable for that day?
If The Rink has to close due to inclement weather, any advance tickets for that day will be able to be used on another day in the season.
